American Pale Ale

What Do I Eat With American Pale Ale?

Serve American Pale Ale with pizza, mild cheddar, or apple crumble.

Blonde Ale

What Do I Eat With Blonde Ale?

Serve Blonde Ale with spaghetti and meatballs, a bagel with herbed cream cheese, or sugar cookies.

India Pale Ale (I.P.A.)

What Do I Eat With India Pale Ale?

Serve I.P.A. with a hearty cheeseburger, spicy tacos, or ginger-infused chocolate.

What Does It Taste Like?

Our India Pale Ale is as hop-heavy as you would like it. Brewed from pale malts, we can make your IPA as light or as strong as your taste buds prefer. If you like bitter, floral, earthy, piney, fruity, and bitter flavour notes, you’ll love our IPA!

Bitterness: IBU 40-60 | Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 5-6.9%

Cream Ale

What Do I Eat With Cream Ale?

Serve Cream Ale with roasted chicken, smoked ribs, or pumpkin pie.

What Does It Taste Like?

Our Cream Ale is the closest relative to a Pale Lager. Pale Gold in colour, we brew our Cream Ale to be light and refreshing with adjuncts (such as corn) to lighten the body. If you love easy drinking, you’ll love our Cream Ale!

Bitterness: IBU 8-20 | Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 4.2-5%

English Bitter

What Do I Eat With English Bitter?

Serve English Bitter with fish and chips, a ham sandwich, or oatmeal raisin cookies.

What Does It Taste Like?

Want to go to a British Pub without leaving your house? Then our English Bitter is for you. Lower in alcohol, this Bitter dark in colour with a mild, refreshing quaff. Slight fruity and hoppy overtones finish off the experience.

Bitterness: IBU 20-40 | Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 3-7%


What Do I Eat With Porter?

Serve Porter with prime rib, smoked gouda, or blondie butterscotch brownies.

Red Ale

What Do I Eat With Red Ale?

Serve Red Ale with shepherd’s pie, mashed potatoes, or toffee pudding.

What Does It Taste Like?

We use specialty-roasted malts to create a Red Ale that has a unique complexity comprising of sweet butterscoth and caramelized flavour. While the hops are not a strong feature in this Ale, they are present to help temper the sweetness.

Bitterness: IBU 18-28 | Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 3.8-5%

Oatmeal Stout

What Do I Eat With Oatmeal Stout?

Serve Stout with pastrami, sweet potatoes, or chocolate cake.

What Does It Taste Like?

A rich, creamy delight, our Oatmeal Stout has delicious overtones of coffee and chocolate. The oats bring a warm mouth feel that is both satisfying and chewy. Complex, dark, and soft, our Oatmeal Stout is quite different from other roasted barleys.

Wheat Beer

What Do I Eat With Wheat Beer?

Serve Wheat Beer with eggs benedict, poached halibut, or fruit salad.

What Does It Taste Like?

Also known as our “Whitbier!”, our Wheat Beer is a style of Belgian beers that are pale and opaque in colour. Crisp wheat character enhances its body and is topped off with a citrus refreshment of orange peel and coriander. If you love light and refreshing beers, you’ll love our wheat beer!
