Tick…tick…tick. 6 weeker wines, if made this week will be ready the week of December 16^th. Still time to put some quality wines in your bottles. Our 4 weekers will be ready the beginning of December. Don’t get caught without your faves for the holiday season. There is only 1 week left to pre-order the RQ, LE and Passport Series. Operators are by-standing.

It is with sadness that we say goodbye to Andrew McFarlane at the end of this month. Andrew has been a crucial part of our pandemic production team and he has bought the farm, literally, and will be moving out of the area. He has been making your wine since May 0f 2020, and we wish him and his wife Dorothy nothing but happiness, joy and great apple harvests, as I can’t wait to try his cider. Best of everything Andrew. And many thanks.

The calendar flipped, the temperature has dropped, and our thoughts have turned to cozy, dark nights. A full-bodied wine in our glass can’t turn back the clock, but it will certainly put a smile back on our faces.

It’s been four marvelous years already. It seems like only yesterday that I came in here the first time. I haven’t taken the time to figure out how many litres of wine have passed through on my watch, but it’s substantial.
