August Summer Stretch

Hello friends,

Summer is winding down, but we are gearing for life in Stage 3 and beyond. I hope everyone’s lives are becoming a little less restrictive and that sometime is spent sipping fabulous wine with friends and family.Stand by for exciting news about the Restricted Quantities, Limited Edition21 and Passport series wines that will be available for pre-order soon. I will give you the scoop as soon as I know. They don’t disappoint.

I just wanted to say thank you to you all. You have stood by us through most challenging times. There has been a stiff learning curve for us here, welcoming folks from other stores and dealing with stresses of the pandemic. We have had a few bumps, and your generosity of spirit has allowed us to grow in ways we didn’t know we could.

Happy Canada Day Sales Event!!

This year is certainly starting to look up. With this heat, comes the need for a slower pace, and cool thoughts. While all the news in this country is not good news, I hope we all can take a moment and consider how fortunate we are, and that we strive to build the best country we can.

We have been welcoming back bottlers into the shop and boy, have we missed you all. The joy in this work is getting to know you and making the best wine we can, and there for a while, it felt like all the fun was gone. Cue the fun again.

To help serve you better we now open at 10:00 AM. Tuesday to Saturday.

A reminder that we will be closed Thursday July 1.

From July 15 to July 27, I will be thinking of you from the houseboat, but Andrew and Phillip will be here to serve you. Regular hours, but I hope you will be gentle on them.
